    Select the Items you want to order, choose your size, input the number of how many pairs you would like to buy, and Click "Add to cart" button and click on "Add to my cart", check out step by step, then we will received your order.
  3. How do I use a discount coupon?
    After adding items to your cart, check out step by step, when you are on "Payment Information" page, you will see the discount coupon section, if you have a discount coupon code, just input the code to Redemption Code Box, then you will see the order total money change.
  4. How can I get a discount coupon?
    Normally, we give discount to our return customer, however, if you buy more than 2 pairs of MBT Shoes at your first order, you can contact us to get your discount before your order. It depends how many pairs of MBTs you want, the more you buy, the more favorable price you will get, you can contact us with that.
  5. How can I be certain that my order has been received?
    Upon completion of your order, MBT Shoes Online Shop will send you an order confirmation e-mail specifying the products and quantities ordered, total price, and shipping address to your designated email address. Please note that this can only occur if the email address you submitted upon registration is still active, and be sure to check your spam box if you can't receive our emails.

  1. Do you ship to my country?
    We nearly ship our shoes to every corner of the world, for detailed country, please create an account by clicking the "Log In" link at the top of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
  2. What is the shipping fees for internation orders?

  1. Has my order shipped?
    Login your account, and click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to check your orders status.
  2. How do I track my order?
    In your account page, you will see your order history, view the detail info of specific order, you will find your tracking imformation.
  3. My order never arrived?
    This is rare happened, you can contact us about your order, if it turns out to be our fault which has caused the lost of your order, we will refund you!
  4. I received the wrong shoes?
    If you feel that you have received the wrong shoes, please contact customer service within 72-hours of receiving the product.
